Food talk is more important than I could ever emphasize. The biggest thing to realize is that labeling food good and bad creates senses of guilt. Obviously eating fried and sugary food all the time is not fueling your body well but saying it is bad creates guilt. This perpetuates the cycle of eating things that slow down your body. It is more positive to think of healthy food as good fuel for your body. Fueling your body well will help it to preform well.
Many times people will say they can eat well until dinner or evening then they mess up and eat something “bad”. Eating well throughout the day only benefits your body even if you eat something that evening. If you are eating seventy percent better it only benefits your body. Fueling your body better is a journey that lasts a lifetime no one is perfect so there is no sense in beating yourself up over it.
When eating healthy thinking about eating pizza will make a person unsatisfied with their meal and will lead to them to eat something like that later. When eating try to think about how well you are treating your body. Dieting or eating healthy out of body dislike will not last. Fueling your body out of love for your body will last. Loving your body is fueling it well and eating things that help your body function well.
